What payment options can I use to pay for my purchases? We only accept payments via PayPal or Payment thru Bongo International's Personal Shopper Service for international orders.

What is the Personal Shopper Service? The Personal Shopping Services allow individuals abroad to purchase goods in the US if they run into challenges such as International Credit Card denial. Please register for an account with Bongo to add items to your Personal Shopper form for purchase.

How are the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes calculated? The governments of the destination country determine the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and taxes that should be charged for the products being imported into the country. Products
Which products can be shipped internationally? Every country has different guidelines to determine which products should be restricted for export and/or import. To view a list of restricted items for a country visit Bongo International. Some examples of restricted items we are unable to ship are certain brands, flammable items, and some jewelry products.
Do you offer international voltages for electrical products? Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all the products requiring electricity for normal operations that we sell are designed for use with 120V, 60Hz. You may need to use an electrical adapter or converter to use them in other countries. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item will work correctly and safely in their country. No refunds will be issued if an item is returned and found to be damaged due to incorrect voltage being used.
Do you offer manuals in other languages? Our product manuals and instructions may not be in your local language. Most of the manuals provided with our products will be an English version.
Are manufacturer warranties valid outside of the United States? All manufacturer guarantees and warranties are considered void outside the Unites States. Local service options by the product manufacturers may not be available for your product in your country. Once an item is shipped the warranty is considered void. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided for items not working as manufacturer's warranty is void. No exceptions.
Returns, Cancellations and Customer service
How do I contact the international customer service team? If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us by email at: international@sdsmarket.com. Your questions will usually be answered within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order? Due to our commitment to processing orders as soon as possible for our international customers, there is only a short period of time in which you may cancel your already placed order. If your order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, you can cancel the entire order without incurring any charges. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. To request a cancellation of your order, please provide us your order number by email international@sdsmarket.com. We are unable to make any changes to existing orders.
What if my product arrives damaged? Any item received with damage should be immediately reported to international@sdsmarket.com. We allow 2 days from date of confirmed delivery to notify us of the damage. After 2 days the buyer is responsible for the item and no refund or exchange will be issued. If physical damage is noticed during delivery the damage should be noted on the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery service. A record of the delivery exception should be emailed to international@sdsmarket.com. SDS Supply Corp, will not ship a replacement unit unless customer places a new order and pays for the item in which case we will issue a refund of previous order once damaged item returned OR once damaged item is received back into our Plainfield, IL warehouse and verified.
Can I return a product? We are only able to accept a return if the product being returned is new & unused, was originally sold by SDS Supply Corp. and it is being returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to get product back to our Plainfield, IL USA warehouse. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of products that are being returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Some items are non-returnable and include small appliances, toilet seats, Mini Gadgets, and more.
How do I return a product? To initiate a return, please contact us by email at international@sdsmarket.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your return, the cost of return shipping and the amount you will be refunded. We will create a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide you the RMA number.
What charges are refunded when I return an item? If the item shipped was incorrect or damaged, we will refund the merchandise price, shipping charges, and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item.
If an item is being returned for any other reason, you will be required to incur the original shipping and return shipping costs. SDS Supply will only refund the merchandise price and the duties (or custom tariffs), VAT and/or taxes originally paid for the returning item. The refund will be in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as when the order was placed. Refund will not be issued until product being returned is: (1)inspected and determined to be new and unused and in original packaging, (2) serial numbers are verified (3)all accessories and manuals are included. Additional charges may be deducted from return if new packaging required, any accessories are missing or damaged, or any manuals are missing. Refunds will not be given if the item is determined to been used or has a different serial number then the original item shipped.
