Storm Collar —For use with the Tall Cone Flashing (sold separately) or other roof flashings to provide support to vertical installations. The storm collar may be tightened and sealed around the vent to prevent water from entering the building. It may also be used as a decorative shield to cover holes where the vent penetrates interior concrete and masonry walls. This part is made from Type 304 stainless steel and should not be installed in the direct path of flue gases.
