Delivery inspections, what do I do?
  We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase from SDS Supply Corp. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):

For items shipped via freight carrier, (ie. Estes Express, USF Holland, etc) Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property, and the freight company will not allow a claim.

For items shipped via UPS: If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the merchandise becomes your property. Our 30-Day money back policy does not apply to damaged or non-sellable items.

Again, please take the time to inspect your delivery and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (800) 236-9029 or support@sdsmarket.com.
ACCEPTANCE - Customers acceptance of the Goods shall constitute an affirmation by the customer that the products are acceptable and deemed the property of the customer. Upon receipt of products, buyer agrees to inspect and/or test the products. The products should be deemed accepted by customer if signed for and no damage noted on delivery ticket.

DELIVERY LIABILITY - Customers have the duty to insure that products ordered and delivered meet the requirements of installation. Do not alter or begin installation unless you are sure you have the correct product, free from damage. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer's warranty.

We offer top quality products and work hard to provide superior customer service. If your order arrives damaged or wrong in any way, we will work to promptly rectify the situation. We will refund or replace any items in this situation, pending availability. Your items will be reshipped using the same shipping method originally used. If customer desires expedited shipping, it is their responsibility to pay the difference.

Yes, we ship to Canada!
 
We would like to welcome all of our friends from Canada!  You may purchase our products online and we will be happy to ship them to Canada.  Nothing special needs to be done when you are completing your order just enter your address.
 
Here's what you need to know:
 
  • We currently offer UPS Standard Ground and expedited shipments to Canada
  • Shipments usually take 7 - 14 business days to arrive at your home via UPS Standard.
  • Expedited shipments may have shipping delays as some of our vendors do not ship direct to Canada so the items must ship to our warehouse and then to your delivery address.  Your product may be delayed 1 to 5 business days, but then will ship via the expedited service.
  • Our prices are shown in US dollars. Your order will be paid in US dollars and your credit card company will bill you in Canadian dollars.
  • We can only ship your order to your billing address (the address that appears on your credit card statement) as we verify credit card information with banks.
  • You are responsible to pay GST, duty, and UPS Brokerage Fees upon delivery.  These fees are additional and not included during checkout.  You are responsible for these fees and the fees will be collected at time of delivery.  (For more information on UPS Brokerage Fees visit UPS.com)

SDS Supply uses special care when packing products to reduce the possibilities of damage to your item. However, if you do receive a damaged product we will work fast to replace the product, repair the product, or refund you for your purchase.

SDS Supply Corp. is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to check all products received before signing for them.

UPS Claims:
If you receive a product via UPS with damage please contact our customer service department at support@sdsmarket.com and provide the following information:

1. Name & Order #
2. UPS Tracking #
3. Date item delivered
4. Description of damage

Once all information is received we will contact you and make arrangements to provide a replacement or issue a refund. We work fast to resolve your claim and make the process as fast and easy as possible.

LTL Freight Claims:
Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. How do I send order with no pricing details or invoice - Gift options?
  There may be times when you want to ship an item with no pricing details or invoices.  It may be for a gift for someone or a drop ship order direct to a customer.  In any case, we can accommodate you.  Once your items are in your shopping cart, select "SHOW GIFT OPTIONS DURING CHECKOUT" before proceeding to checkout.  This will allow you to send a PACKING SLIP instead of sales receipt with NO PRICING to recipient.  You can also include a special message on the packing slip.

At SDS Supply Corp. we do our best to reflect accurate stock status for our products.

When viewing a product we will tell you one of of the following:

  • IN STOCK: We have stock on this item. If it’s in stock, approximately how many products we have on hand. In-Stock items that list availability "Usually ships in 24 hours" ship same day if order received by 1pm CST. Some In-Stock items may advise a short lead time under availability indicating when the item will ship.

  • OUT OF STOCK:  If we are out-of stock on a product the "Quantity in Stock" will show "0".  Products with no-stock are considered back ordered products.  PLEASE NOTE - AVAILABILTY MAY STILL SHOW SHIPS IN 24 HOURS, but that only apples to IN-STOCK items.  Products with "0" stock may take from 3 business days up to five weeks to become available.  Please email or contact us via "Live Chat" to check lead times on products with no-stock.

LEAD TIMES:
Due to the large variety of products and options available it is impossible to stock every variation. Due to this fact we offer an approximate lead time for each product. This lead time is by no means an exact shipping date. We will do everything we can to get your products delivered on or before the projected date we provided. Due to a large number of circumstances out of our control there may be times when the lead times are extended. In these case we will keep in constant contact and provide update through out the entire process.

We strongly recommend that customers refrain from scheduling a plumber or installer until they have their items in their possession. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer's warranty, including plumber/installer costs and rescheduling fees.

What is your shipping policy?
  Same day shipping is available for all IN-STOCK products ordered before 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. All orders placed afterwards, during weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. Same day shipping is not available for certain items or large orders. Most orders will usually ship via UPS Ground and will take approximately two to five business days for items to arrive.

Certain items may be better suited to ship by FedEx, USPS First Class, or other respectable carrier. We reserve the right to change carriers for an order as long as it provides an equal or upgraded service for our customer.

Oversized items are shipped via an LTL Freight Common Carrier. LTL freight shipments average 2-5 business days for delivery.

The shipment times provided are estimated and shipments during busy holiday seasons, to remote locations, and in cases of extreme weather may be extended. We are not responsible for any shipping delays as shipping times provided are only estimates.
Do you ship to my country?
  Currently, we offer shipments direct from SDS Supply to the United States and Canada. We do offer international shipping to 223 countries thru our partner Bongo International.  Learn more about International Shipments
What are my payment choices?
 
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.  We also accept PayPal and PayPal Express.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.  You will receive an email confirmation oce your items ships.  You can also check shipping status by logging into your account.
What are the available shipping methods?
 
SDS Supply generally uses two methods of shipping products. We use UPS for smaller items as they provide fast service with insurance and detailed tracking. For larger shipments (over 100 lbs) such as bath tubs and water heaters we use LTL Freight services by a variety of respected shipping companies.

LTL freight shipments are delivered by appointment. Large items and skids are loaded onto a truck for shipment and delivery. Additional services such as lift gate service and inside delivery may be requested for an additional charge. LTL freight shipments average 2-5 business days for delivery.
 
All shipment ETA's are shown in business days, which is set forth as Monday through Friday (no weekends), excluding holidays. The shipment times provided are estimated and shipments during busy holiday seasons, to remote locations, and in cases of extreme weather may be extended.
